Logan Metro Football Club is immensely proud to announce that it has been accepted into the Football Brisbane competitions. The announcement is likely the most pivotal moment yet in the club’s history.
The exclusive Football Brisbane competitions are the highest standard of club football in the greater Brisbane area, featuring the region’s most elite and historical sides.
As a result of the decision, LMFC will also be affiliated with the Football Federation of Australia (FFA), gaining access to the prestigious FFA Cup and the legitimacy that comes with being closely linked to the code’s governing body in Australia.
LMFC president Samuel Escobar was humbled by the announcement, claiming it as an enormous show of faith in the club by Football Brisbane and validation of the club’s foundation only four years ago.
“This is a momentous day for us,” Escobar said.
“We are extremely grateful to be accepted into the Football Brisbane competitions, and tremendously proud of the work of everyone at the club that has lead to this moment.”

“This is massive for our club,” Castillo said.
“We’ve now got an amazing platform to showcase the talent that Logan has.”
